Hull City defender James Chester is reportedly nearing a new four-year contract with the Premier League club.

Hull City defender James Chester is reportedly ready to sign a new contract with the Premier League club.

The 24-year-old has reportedly been on the radar of Aston Villa and Newcastle United in recent weeks.

However, the centre-back is close to penning a four-year extension at the KC Stadium, according to The Sun.

Chester joined Hull from Manchester United in 2011.
