Preview: Hull City vs. Fulham

Hull City take on Fulham at the KC Stadium on Saturday looking to respond to their defeat to Manchester United.

Hull City will be looking to bounce back from their demoralising defeat to Manchester United when they take on Fulham at the KC Stadium on Saturday.

The hosts squandered a two-goal lead to end empty-handed against United and they face a different type of threat at the weekend against a battling Fulham.

The Cottagers themselves came from behind on Boxing Day away to Norwich City to win 2-1, which was their second win from Rene Meulensteen's first three games in charge of the first team.

For Hull, both Allan McGregor and David Meyler are likely to be out of the clash having been substituted at half time in the defeat to the Red Devils. There could be a late fitness test for Alex Bruce.

Maarten Stekelenburg is unlikely to have recovered in time to face Hull, with David Stockdale expected to deputise against his old loan side. There could, however, be a return for Dimitar Berbatov in attack, having missed the last two games.
