Houston Dynamo 1-1 Montreal Impact

Brian Ching's late strike is ruled out for Houston Dynamo as they draw 1-1 with Montreal Impact in the MLS.

Houston Dynamo have been held to a 1-1 draw by Montreal Impact at home in the MLS.

The hosts made the breakthrough in the 44th minute through Will Bruin.

Released by Corey Ashe down the inside left channel, Calen Carr got the better of Alessandro Nesta and sent Bruin through on goal for an easy finish.

Montreal restored parity at the BBVA Compass Stadium on 67 minutes.

Marco Di Vaio found Sanna Nyassi, whose first attempt on goal came off Tally Hall, but he made no mistake from the rebound.

Second-half substitute Brian Ching thought he had scored the winner for Houston in the third minute of stoppage time when he chipped the Montreal goalkeeper, but his effort was ruled out for offside.
