Hannover head coach Tayfun Korkut has kept faith in his 4-4-2 formation, with both Mame Biram Diouf and Artjoms Rudnevs starting up front for their home clash against Borussia Monchengladbach.

New signing Frantisek Rajtoral starts for the hosts at right-back, with Leonardo Bittencourt also handed a place in the first XI in midfield.

For the visiting Gladbach, there are no surprises in the lineup. Max Kruse continues up front with Raffael in behind and Patrick Herrmann on the right flank.
