Crystal Palace striker Glenn Murray, on loan at Reading, is in line to make his debut for the Royals in this afternoon's Championship clash at home to Fulham.

New Reading striker Glenn Murray is in line to make his debut for the Royals in this afternoon's Championship clash at home to Fulham.

The 30-year-old is in the starting XI after moving on loan from Crystal Palace on transfer deadline day.

Meanwhile, midfielder Danny Guthrie misses out after failing to recover from a calf problem, joining absentees Hal Robson-Kanu and Stephen Kelly.

Pavel Pogrebnyak has recovered from a calf injury and makes the Reading bench after training this week.

Fulham striker Matt Smith is available to make his debut after joining from Leeds United.

Adam Taggart is out with a back problem, while Bryan Ruiz is on international duty with Costa Rica.

Cottagers manager Felix Magath has an otherwise fully-fit squad as his team goes in search of their first league win of the season.
