Moussa Sissoko confident of France success

Moussa Sissoko says that France can have a successful World Cup, following their 5-2 victory over Switzerland.

Moussa Sissoko has claimed that France can have a successful World Cup, following their victory over Group F rivals Switzerland.

Les Bleus virtually guaranteed their place in the last 16 courtesy of a 5-2 win over the Swiss, and Sissoko was particularly impressed with their attacking display.

"At the moment we are playing very well," he told reporters. "We are strong defensively but also creating many chances in attack.

"Our strikers have great confidence at the moment. We're scoring a lot of goals. A lot of different players are scoring, too. It's great for the team. The coach can change someone but the new player comes in and plays well.

"We're a good team, we're playing very well and we can have a good tournament."

Sissoko scored France's fifth goal of the evening in his 19th appearance for the country.
