Tyler Forbes: 'Wigan Athletic hold no fears for Fleetwood Town'

Tyler Forbes insists that Fleetwood Town will head into this weekend's "massive game" against Wigan Athletic with little fear as they go in search of a first win in four.

Fleetwood Town defender Tyler Forbes is confident that his side can return to winning ways when taking on Wigan Athletic this weekend.

It is now three games without a victory for the Cod Army, which leaves them firmly in mid-table.

However, having picked up maximum points at Bramall Lane in the past, Forbes insists that Fleetwood will head to the DW Stadium with "no fears" when taking on the former Premier League side.

"It's going to be a massive game for us but we just have to take it like any other, try to get the three points," he told The Gazette.

"We've just got to keep doing what we're doing. We've dealt with it before and there will be no fears. We know what's coming. We just go there to play football. It's 11 against 11 and we're going to get the win."

Fleetwood follow up Saturday afternoon's match with games against Port Vale and Gillingham before the month is out.
