Colombian forward Rodallega is a free agent after being released by Wigan Athletic at the end of last season.
Rodallega has three years of Premier League experience and at the peak of his form was linked with a host of elite European clubs.
Moyes could face competition for the 26-year-old from Aston Villa, with Paul Lambert also rumoured to be a fan of the South American striker.
