Everton boss Roberto Martinez: 'QPR are playing at their best'

Everton manager Roberto Martinez believes that tonight's opponents Queens Park Rangers are playing their best football at the moment.

Everton manager Roberto Martinez has expressed his belief that his side are facing Queens Park Rangers in their best form.

The Merseyside outfit will host Harry Redknapp and his team at Goodison Park this evening.

QPR can move back out of the relegation zone with a victory tonight, but they will be without striker Charlie Austin, who is suspended after getting sent off in their 2-0 win over Burnley.

"QPR had a little bit of a difficult start because obviously when you get new players you're trying to find the right combinations," the Liverpool Echo quotes Martinez as saying.

"I think Harry Redknapp now has found the right formula and they are in the best moment of their season. They've been unfortunate in a couple of games, I think they should have had more points than what they've got.

"I know they've got Charlie Austin missing for this game but I think this group are in a good moment and we respect them hugely."

Everton are 13th in the Premier League table.
