Everton manager Roberto Martinez says that Ross Barkley has been "enjoying every single second" of this season after breaking into the first team.

Everton manager Roberto Martinez has hailed the impact of midfielder Ross Barkley this season.

The 19-year-old has been a prominent member in the Toffees side since Martinez arrived at Goodison Park from Wigan Athletic in the summer.

"Ross is someone who has waited for his chance for a long time and now he is enjoying every single second," Martinez said in a press conference.

The Spaniard has also described Kevin Mirallas as "50-50" for this weekend's Premier League clash against Manchester City.
