Everton defender Leighton Baines pulls out of the England squad to face Slovenia and Scotland after suffering an injury.

Leighton Baines has pulled out of the England squad to face Slovenia and Scotland after suffering an injury in training.

Arsenal's Kieran Gibbs is now the squad's only available left-back following the Everton defender's withdrawal.

Manchester United's Luke Shaw has been rested for the Slovenia game so is not in the 23-man squad list that England sent to UEFA prior to the clash.

The Euro 2016 qualifier takes place at Wembley on Saturday before England play Scotland in a friendly at Celtic Park next week.
