Veteran defender Lucas Neill has moved to Doncaster Rovers on a one-month loan deal from Watford.

The former Blackburn Rovers right-back only joined Watford a month ago, but has appeared for just six minutes from the bench.

Watford said on their Twitter that Neill had been allowed to leave because they now have a clean bill of health in defence.

The 35-year-old is on the books at Watford until the end of the season.
