Yannick Bolasie delighted with Crystal Palace win

Yannick Bolasie says that he is enjoying one of the best weeks of his life after helping Crystal Palace beat Liverpool and DR Congo qualify for the AFCON.

Crystal Palace midfielder Yannick Bolasie has said that he is enjoying one of the best weeks of his life after his side secured a 3-1 win over Liverpool on Sunday.

Rickie Lambert had given Liverpool an early lead, but Dwight Gayle equalised with a poked finish after Bolasie's effort bounced back off the post.

Joe Ledley and Miles Jedinak eventually sealed the win for Palace as they climbed up to 15th in the Premier League table.

After the game, Congolese international Bolasie told Sky Sports: "It has been one of the best weeks of my life. Qualifying for the Africa Cup of Nations, scoring two goals in that, and setting one up today.

"I did well against Liverpool last year and had a good feeling today."

Next up for Palace is a trip to the Liberty Stadium to face Swansea City.
