Steven Pressley hits out at Phil Parkinson

Coventry City manager Steven Pressley criticises Bradford City boss Phil Parkinson following Sunday's 3-3 draw between the teams.

Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has hit out at Bradford City boss Phil Parkinson following Sunday's 3-3 draw between the teams in League One.

The Sky Blues looked on course for the three points at the Coral Windows Stadium before Nakhi Wells netted a last-gasp penalty for Bradford.

Pressley and Parkinson were then seen to confront each other at the final whistle.

"I'm bitterly disappointed in the way Bradford City played. That was dark-age football," the Scot told Sky Sports News.

"I won't repeat what Phil Parkinson said to me after the game because I don't want to get a fellow manager in trouble.

"What Phil Parkinson said after the match will stay with me, but I am proud of my players and the way we played our football."

Coventry return to League One action on Saturday when they entertain Tranmere Rovers.
