Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez reveals that Chelsea have not come close to the club's asking price for Victor Moses.

Wigan Athletic manager Roberto Martinez has hit out at the speculation surrounding forward Victor Moses.

The Nigeria international has been widely linked with a switch to Chelsea but the Spanish boss has insisted that the valuation of the player has yet to be met.

"For all the talk and speculation, we have never had an offer which matches what the club wants, so at that point, all the rest is cheap talk," said Martinez.

It is understood that the Latics are looking for a bid in the region of £9m from the Champions League winners.
