Eden Hazard says that his performance during Chelsea's 4-3 win over Sunderland was his best of the season.

Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard has claimed that his display against Sunderland was his best of the season for the club.

The 22-year-old scored twice for the Blues as they won 4-3 at the Stadium of Light and Hazard was delighted with his contribution to the match.

"This season it is the best game for me," he told the club's official website. "I scored two and I made one assist to help the team and I am so happy.

"It was a very difficult game, a very difficult first 15 minutes. But after we conceded a goal we continued to improve to try to score and we are happy with three points."

Chelsea are currently second in the Premier League table.
