Didier Drogba: 'Chelsea will solve their issues in the Premier League'

Didier Drogba backs Jose Mourinho and Chelsea's players to solve their issues that have resulted in a poor start to the Premier League campaign.

Didier Drogba has revealed that he is confident Jose Mourinho and the Chelsea players will resolve their problems in the Premier League.

The Blues have endured a torrid start to the campaign, losing seven of their opening 13 matches to leave themselves in the bottom half of the table.

However, Drogba believes that Chelsea have shown signs of life by defeating Norwich City and Maccabi Tel Aviv in their last two matches and feels that could be the start of a revival this season.

He told Sky Sports News: "It's a different situation for club, manager and players.

"When you have won the league the season before and you find yourselves in the last three or four teams in the table after four or five games, it is a shock. I know the players and the manager have the ability to change this.

"They have won two consecutive games in the last two days, so I think it is kind of a new start."

Drogba has also backed Arsenal to win the Premier League title due to Chelsea's struggles this season.
