Chelsea reportedly consider appointing Juventus boss Antonio Conte as the club's new manager at the end of the season.

Chelsea are reportedly pondering an approach to Juventus for manager Antonio Conte at the end of the season.

The West London outfit are thought to be preparing to sack interim boss Rafael Benitez in the summer due to the continuing unrest amongst the supporters and inconsistent results on the pitch.

It is believed that Blues owner Roman Abramovich has placed the Serie A boss on his candidates list, while Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho remains at the top of the pile, according to Gazzatta dello Sport.

Chelsea, who were knocked out of the League Cup by Swansea City in the semi-final, currently sit third in the Premier League table.
