The Serbian starts alongside Frank Lampard in midfield in front of the defence, with Samuel Eto'o leading the line for the hosts.

Further back, Petr Cech is given a rest in goal by manager Jose Mourinho as Mark Schwarzer gets a rare start.

For the visitors, boss Mark Hughes gives Wilson Palacios just his eighth start of the season in midfield.
