Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea make up the second FA Cup semi-final clash of the weekend, with both eager to reach the final of the domestic competition.

Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea head into battle at Wembley on Sunday to fight for a spot in the FA Cup final.

The highly-anticipated London derby carries a number of defensive injury concerns with it, as Spurs boss Harry Redknapp is likely to be without Younes Kaboul after the 26-year-old limped off the field with a knee injury during Tottenham's 2-1 defeat to Norwich City on Monday.

William Gallas will be installed into the back four if he reaches maximum fitness, but Ryan Nelsen is expected to partner Ledley King if Gallas remains unavailable.

Scott Parker missed out on Spurs' defeat to the Canaries earlier this week with a hamstring problem, but is likely to return to the side for the match in the capital.

Meanwhile, Roberto Di Matteo will be forced to pick a team without Branislav Ivanovic due to the Serbian's three-match ban, which was confirmed by the Football Association after the Blues' failed to appeal a charge of violent conduct.

Regular full-back Ashley Cole is a doubt for the clash as he continues to recover from an ankle injury, which means that Ryan Bertrand could be called on to replace the England international.

John Terry and Gary Cahill could line up at the back for the former English champions, with a possible starting spot for Didier Drogba over Fernando Torres.

Current form:

Chelsea: DWWWWD

Possible lineups:

Tottenham: Friedel; Walker, Nelsen, King, Assou-Ekotto; Bale, Parker, Modric, Lennon; Van der Vaart; Adebayor

Chelsea: Cech; Bertrand, Cahill, Terry, Bosingwa; Ramires, Mikel, Lampard, Mata; Kalou, Drogba
