David Silva: Diego Costa injury "nothing serious"

Spain midfielder David Silva reveals that Chelsea striker Diego Costa's hamstring injury is "nothing serious".

David Silva has said that the hamstring injury which forced Diego Costa to pull out of the Spain squad is "nothing serious".

The Chelsea striker will miss the defending champions' Euro 2016 qualifier against Macedonia because of the problem.

The Manchester City midfielder, who will be part of the squad, told reporters: "I saw Costa was doing well and I talked to him. The injury is nothing serious."

Costa has returned to London to undergo further tests with his club's medical team.
