Several Championship clubs have reportedly identified out-of-contract Charlton Athletic defender Michael Morrison as a transfer target this summer.

The 26-year-old's current deal at The Valley expires later this month and, although Charlton want to keep hold of him, he is believed to be considering his options.

According to Sky Sports News, several championship clubs are interested, with Middlesbrough and Blackpool two of those considering a move for the centre-back.

Morrison has failed to start in just four league games over the last three seasons since his move from Sheffield Wednesday in 2011.
