Charlton Athletic and Bristol City play out a goalless first half at The Valley.

In a drab first half with little to cheer for either side, it was Charlton Athletic who had the best chances against Bristol City.

Johnnie Jackson found Callum Harriott with a good pass, who ran at his man and shot just over from 20 yards out.

Jackson himself had the chance to open the scoring on the stroke of half time, but his header sailed over the bar.
