Cardiff City complete the signing of Real Valladolid striker Javi Guerra on a three-year contract.

Cardiff City have confirmed the signing of Real Valladolid striker Javi Guerra.

The 32-year-old Spaniard, who has penned a three-year deal with the Bluebirds, will officially join the club on July 1.

"I am very thankful for the warm welcome I have received here at Cardiff City and am very excited for my new challenge in Wales," Guerra told the club's official website.

"Hopefully I can keep up the level that I have been playing at in Spain for the last few seasons and that it will be a successful time for me in Cardiff, with both the club and the supporters."

Despite scoring 15 goals in 37 games last season, Guerra was unable to stop Valladolid being relegated from La Liga.
