Nottingham Forest make two changes for their trip to Cardiff City, while the hosts make just the one alteration from their last game.

Nottingham Forest have made two changes for today's Championship clash with Cardiff City.

Lewis McGugan and Dexter Blackstock, who both came on as substitutes in Forest's last game with Blackpool, are in from the start today.

The hosts have made one change from their last match, with Heidar Helguson coming in for Joe Mason, who drops to the substitutes' bench.
