Team News: Gestede starts for Cardiff

Striker Rudy Gestede comes into the Cardiff City starting lineup for tonight's encounter with Charlton Athletic.

Rudy Gestede has been handed a starting role in the Cardiff City side that will take on Charlton Athletic this evening.

The striker has been rewarded for his performance at the weekend, when he came off the bench to score twice against Nottingham Forest.

Winger Craig Noone has also come into the team in place of Tommy Smith for tonight's Championship clash.

Meanwhile, visiting Charlton are unchanged from the side that hit six past Barnsley last time out.

A victory or a draw for hosts Bluebirds will see them get promoted to the Premier League.

Cardiff: Marshall; Taylor, Turner, Barnett, McNaughton; Gunnarsson, Mutch, Kim, Noone; Bellamy, Gestede

Charlton: Hamer; Solly, Wiggins, Morrison, Dervite; Jackson, Hughes, Pritchard, Harriott; Fuller, Kermorgant.
