Sports Mole looks ahead to Tuesday's Championship encounter between leaders Cardiff City and Leicester City.

Welsh outfit Cardiff City have a chance to take a firm grip on top spot in the Championship when they play host to Leicester City on Tuesday evening.

As it stands, the Bluebirds are five points clear at the summit, so a win over Nigel Pearson's Leicester would see them open up an eight-point advantage with 10 matches left to play.

Only two teams - Brighton & Hove Albion and Peterborough United - have left the Cardiff City Stadium with maximum points this season, while Leicester have only mustered five wins on their travels.

As a result, Malky Mackay's Cardiff are regarded as the strong favourites to gain the victory when the two sides meet.

Fraizer Campbell has been in good form for Cardiff since his January arrival from Sunderland. The former Manchester United striker has scored five goals in as many games and he is likely to lead the attack on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Leicester, who have won only one of their last six outings, could recall Paul Gallagher to their starting lineup.

Sports Mole says: 2-1
