Cardiff City and Derby County fail to break the deadlock in the opening 45 minutes of their Championship encounter.

Cardiff City are being held to a goalless draw by Derby County at half time in their Championship clash.

The first chance of the game fell to Derby's Chris Martin after just two minutes, but his left-footed effort from outside the box went wide.

A couple of minutes later Ben Turner almost put the home side in the lead when he headed Craig Conway's corner towards goal, but his attempt went over the crossbar.

Craig Forsyth's shot from distance on 10 minutes failed to find the target, as clear-cut chances proved hard to come by as the first half progressed.
