Sean Dyche: 'Two or three signings possible'

Burnley boss Sean Dyche reveals that he hopes to sign "two or three" players in the coming weeks.

Burnley boss Sean Dyche has revealed that he is trying to sign "two or three" players before the end of the transfer window.

The Clarets start their Premier League campaign on Monday when they welcome Chelsea to Turf Moor.

With under three weeks remaining in the summer transfer window, Dyche is hopeful that he can boost his squad further in order to provide his players with more competition.

"We're still in the market, we're still active, and we're trying and trying, especially on two or three things that are building," he told the Burnley Express.

"We want competition, but I made it clear the team last year brought their own competition on with the way they went about their business."

Burnley have brought in six new faces this so far summer, including free agents Matthew Taylor and Steven Reid.
