New Burnley signing Fredrik Ulvestad plays for development team

New signing Fredrik Ulvestad and fit-again midfielder Matt Taylor complete 90 minutes for Burnley's development team in their 1-1 draw with Hull City.

New signing Fredrik Ulvestad enjoyed his first run-out in a Burnley shirt as part of their development team's 1-1 draw with Hull City this afternoon.

The 22-year-old Norwegian midfielder, capped once at international level, joined the Clarets on a free transfer last week after six years with native club Aalesund.

Matt Taylor, continuing his recovery from the Achilles surgery that has sidelined him since September, also completed 90 minutes.

Burnley boss Sean Dyche is hopeful of having both players available for the Premier League run-in as his side attempt to secure top-flight survival.

Hull striker Yannick Sagbo cancelled out Marvin Sordell's first-half opener during today's game in Lancashire.
