Bristol City manager Sean O'Driscoll believes that his side have a chance of survival in the Championship following Saturday's 5-3 win against Barnsley.

Bristol City manager Sean O'Driscoll has claimed that his side have a chance of survival in the Championship following Saturday's 5-3 win over Barnsley.

The Robins moved to within three points of safety at Ashton Gate with the high-scoring victory against their fellow strugglers.

"We still have a long way to go, but if the players can maintain that level of commitment we will give ourselves a chance," O'Driscoll told Sky Sports News.

"Our home form is good and we have improved in away games without getting any reward as yet."

City return to league action next Saturday when they make the trip to Blackpool.
