Greg Halford unsure over Brighton & Hove Albion future

Greg Halford admits that he does not know if he will be staying at Brighton & Hove Albion when his loan from Nottingham Forest expires at the end of the month.

Greg Halford has admitted that he does not know if he will be staying at Brighton & Hove Albion beyond this month.

The 30-year-old defender is currently on loan to the Seagulls from Nottingham Forest until January 1.

With Brighton looking for a new manager following the departure of Sami Hyypia, Halford has admitted that he is unsure where his future lies.

"I am under contract at Forest just until the summer. I really don't know. I'm here until January 1," he told The Argus.

"I've come to realise in football you never know what is going to happen next week or day to day, so I take everything in my stride and live each day. That's the way you have got to be.

"I'm getting games here, that's the main thing. I'll go where ever I can get that."

Halford has made five appearances for Brighton.
