Out-of-favour Sunderland striker Danny Graham will reportedly join Championship side Brentford on loan.

Championship outfit Brentford have reportedly closed in on the loan signing of Sunderland striker Danny Graham.

The 29-year-old has barely played for the Black Cats this season and could again be sent away for first-team football.

Last season he had time with both Hull City and Middlesbrough and he has been unable to worm his way into Gus Poyet's plans this term.

The Sunderland boss has given Graham just two minutes of football in all competitions this season and has now decided to let him leave on loan, according to the Daily Mail.

Brentford lie 13th in the Championship after automatic promotion from League One earlier this year.
