Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp says that it has been a tough week for his squad, with several players likely to miss the Hamburger match.

Borussia Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp has bemoaned his side's growing injury list ahead of the clash with Hamburger SV at the weekend.

Klopp could potentially be without five regular starters but has said that he will definitely not be able to select Marcel Schmelzer or Kevin Grosskreutz.

"[This has been] a really difficult week," Bild quotes Klopp as saying. "We must see what we can conjure. As of now, Schmelzer and Grosskreutz will definitely not be available."

Dortmund have won four in a row in the Bundesliga.
