Preview: Bolton Wanderers vs. Burnley

Sports Mole previews the Lancashire derby between Bolton Wanderers and Burnley in the Championship.

Bolton Wanderers host Burnley in a Championship Lancashire derby on Tuesday night.

Dougie Freedman's Trotters are hovering just five points above the bottom three after a seven-game winless run that stretches back to Boxing Day.

A visit from Burnley is hardly an easy game as Sean Dyche's Clarets are on an unbeaten streak that also dates back to Boxing Day.

Jermaine Beckford is unlikely to be fit enough to return, meaning that Lukas Jutkiewicz will continue as a lone striker for the hosts.

Sean Dyche's Burnley currently lie second, but could be ousted in the top two by Queens Park Rangers if they get anything out of tonight's game against fellow promotion hopefuls Derby County.

Dyche has no fresh injury concerns and is likely to name the same starting XI for the fourth straight game.

These two sides kicked off the Football League season with a 1-1 draw in the reverse fixture back in sunny August.

Recent form
