Bolton Wanderers midfielder Jay Spearing has admitted that an unbeaten run of six games has seen the confidence return within the squad.
The Trotters found themselves at the bottom of the Championship table after a disappointing start to the campaign, but after avoiding defeat for six fixtures, Spearing has revealed that the dressing room is "buzzing" at the Reebok Stadium.
The 24-year-old told Sky Sports News: "As a squad, we were very disappointed with the start that we created for ourselves. It was all down to our own mistakes, it wasn't teams dominating us or taking over in games.
"Now, these last six games we're unbeaten and the confidence is coming back in to the lads and in the dressing room, you can see that when you've picked up three points, you're absolutely buzzing.
"The lads are kicking on and fingers crossed that we can hopefully carry on that unbeaten run at the weekend."
