Bolton Wanderers striker David Ngog has revealed that he hopes to make his first appearance of the season against Watford next weekend.
The French forward has been hindered by injuries throughout the summer, but he has insisted that he is now getting back to full fitness and hopes that he can help Bolton in the coming weeks.
Ngog told the club's official website: "I've had a back injury which I got when I returned for pre-season. It has kept me out for quite a few weeks but I've worked really well with the physio, staff and chiropractor and now I am feeling fit.
"With this kind of injury, I have had to be careful. Whatever exercise you do, you use your back, whether it be running or any sessions in the gym.
"Now I am back in full training with the first team. I'm getting closer to 100% and getting my touch and sharpness back. If I get a chance to help the team, I will look to take it."
The 23-year-old has scored four goals in 39 appearances for the club.
