Blackpool boss Paul Ince admits that he needs time to change things at his new club following a 0-0 draw in opening game against Leicester.

Blackpool boss Paul Ince has admitted that it will take time for his side to adapt to his management style.

The Seasiders drew 0-0 with Leicester and were grateful to the woodwork as Foxes striker Chris Wood smacked the bar with a penalty in the second half of their clash.

Ince told reporters: "It's going to take probably two or three weeks to assess the whole situation and if we can do that and keep winning games it makes things easier.

"We do need a few players in just to freshen things up. The players have been fantastic since I got here but it's been a difficult couple of months for them.

Blackpool are 17th in the Championship and are six points clear of the relegation zone.
