SEM chief executive Jerome Anderson cannot fathom why a number of Blackburn Rovers supporters are "hell bent" on bringing down Steve Kean and Venky's.

SEM chief executive and football agent Jerome Anderson has criticised Blackburn Rovers fans for their treatment of manager Steve Kean and owners Venky's.

Anderson has come under fire from the Blackburn following, with groups of supporters accusing the agent for being involved in the sacking of Sam Allardyce and the appointment of the Indian board to the Lancashire club.

"[Kean] is a fantastic, positive individual," Anderson told Sky Sports News. "[He] always sees the positive, never the negative despite what the whole football world has seen him receive. That's why the players have responded and no-one can ever question the commitment and passion shown by the players.

"You ask yourself, are these people really supporters of the football club? Are they groups of people that say they're supporters but don't want Venky's to succeed and the manager to succeed.

"What I think the world of football can't understand is where is this coming from? It does seem to be well organised and it does seem to come from people who say they are supporters at the club who are hell bent on trying to ensure that the Venky's are not successful owners and that Steve is not a successful manager. Why?"

Blackburn sit bottom of the Premier League table, three points from safety.
