Birmingham City boss Lee Clark has confirmed that Jake Jervis has joined Turkish outfit Elazigspor on a three-and-a-half-year contract.

The 21-year-old, who has struggled to claim a first-team spot with the Championship club, had just six months remaining on his deal with the Blues.

"We wish Jake all the best and he's got himself a great opportunity playing in the Turkish top flight," Clark told Sky Sports News.

Jervis, who can operate on either wing or as a striker, made just five senior appearances during his time at St Andrew's.
