min: No clear chances for either side thus far in a fairly tight opening 12 minutes of football.

min: Free kick to Birmingham in a dangerous position.

min: Richard Stearman clears the danger but only for a corner kick to the home side.

min: The crowd is fairly subdued this afternoon, with the away fans making most of the noise.

min: The ball is not sticking for Birmingham, with Adam Rooney losing possession of the ball. Richard Stearman thumps into Nathan Redmond, but escapes a booking.

min: Johnson heads over for the away side when he might have done better.

min: Jordan Mutch stings the palms of the Wolves keeper with an effort from distance.

min: Michael Kightly is seeing much more of the ball for Wolves on the right-hand side but as of yet has not found a final ball.

min: Birmingham will be the happier with the opening 30 minutes of action, but have so far not threatened to break the deadlock.

min: We have not seen a lot of the much-fancied Nathan
Redmond thus far, but he looks lively when fed the ball.

min: Johnson writhes in agony on the ground after colliding with Adam Rooney. Looks a nasty one.

min: Johnson's afternoon is cut short and Kevin Foley takes his place.

min: Wolves striker Sylvan Ebanks-Blake so nearly opens the scoring with a snap shot from close range, but Colin Doyle is more than equal to it.

min: Kevin Doyle's horrendous effort from outside the area sums up the opening half of football as it drifts out for a goal kick.

min: Redmond fires in from distance but Wolves keeper Dorus de Vries collects with ease.

min: The fourth official indicates two minutes of added time.

HALF TIME: Mike Dean blows his whistle after a fairly uninspiring half of football in the Midlands.

Second-half underway: No changes for either side at the break. Will we see a goal in the second-half or is the tie heading for a replay?

min: Stephen Hunt wants a penalty for hand-ball against Curtis Davies, referee Dean shakes his head.

min: Wolves really controlling the game now, with Ebanks-Blake's chance after 58 minutes remaining the best chance of the match.

min: Doyle chopped down outside the area, free kick for Wolves right on the edge of the area.

min: Steven Fletcher is incoming for Wolves.

min: Or is he? He puts his training top back on and takes his place on the bench.

min: Redmond finally influences the match with a mazy run but his shot is blocked by Stearman.

min: Fletcher does join us, replacing the disappointing Doyle for Wolves.

min: Neither side would welcome a replay with their busy league schedule but it looks increasingly likely that will be the case.

min: It's Birmingham who enter the final ten minutes the stronger but they still have not created a single chance of note.

min: Chance! Beausejour arrives at the back post for Birmingham, but his shot is blocked inside the area.

min: Birmingham keeper Doyle takes a nasty fall after a challenge with Fletcher, allowing boss Chris Hughton to introduce Keith Fahey for Guirane N'Daw.

min: Home fans begin to leave the ground with a winner looking increasingly unlikely.

min: The fourth official indicates four minutes of added time, will we have a winner?

min: Redmond goes close with an effort from inside the area, but it is collected by de Vries.

min: Wolves so nearly take the win late on with a Jarvis effort which smashes the post before Doyle denies Fletcher from close range.
