Bayern Munich calm over Arjen Robben deal

Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness believes that Arjen Robben will sign a new long-term contract with the German club.

Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness is confident that Arjen Robben will sign a new long-term contract with the European champions.

The Dutchman's current contract expires in 2015, but Hoeness believes that "a solution" will be found in the coming months.

"There are still 18 months to go so I don't get what all the fuss is about," Hoeness told Kicker.

"Arjen knows what he's got here and we know what we've got with him. He's not putting us under any pressure and we're not putting him under any either.

"We will find a solution when the time is right."

Robben has scored 12 times for Bayern this season.
