Franck Ribery returns from injury to take his place on the Bayern Munich bench for the game against Stuttgart.

Franck Ribery has returned to the Bayern Munich squad for the first time since May ahead of Saturday's Bundesliga meeting with Stuttgart.

The French winger has been out of action due to a knee problem, but is fit enough to take his place on the bench as Pep Guardiola looks to ease one of his key players back.

However, the injured Arjen Robben misses out for the defending champions, with Mario Gotze, Thomas Muller being asked to provide the main support for Robert Lewandowski.

Vedad Ibisevic has been repeatedly linked with a move away from Stuttgart this week, but keeps his place in attack as the visitors go in search of their first win of the season.

Bayern: Neuer, Dante, Boateng, Badstuber, Lahm, Alonso, Alaba, Bernat, Gotze, Muller, Lewandowski

Stuttgart: Ulreich, Klein, Rüdiger, Schwaab, Sakai, Romeu, Gentner, Harnik, Leitner, Werner, Ibisevic
