Adriano says that Thiago Silva wants to join Barcelona this summer.

Barcelona defender Adriano has revealed that his compatriot Thiago Silva wants to join the Catalan giants this summer.

The Paris Saint-Germain star has become Blaugrana's number one transfer target following the acquisition of Neymar and has already admitted that he would welcome a move to Camp Nou.

Now Adriano, his Brazilian international teammate, has echoed the same sentiment.

"He told me if he could come to Barcelona it would be a dream," the 28-year-old told RAC.

"If it were up to Thiago he'd be here, but it doesn't just depend on him. PSG have also invested heavily in him.

"If Barca want him, they need to find an agreement with the club."

Reports emerged yesterday that Silva, who joined Les Parisiens from AC Milan last summer, had already agreed personal terms with Barca.
