Javier Mascherano has admitted that Barcelona will always be a club "surrounded by rumours'.
The Catalan outfit secured the La Liga title last weekend and are on course for a treble in the final weeks of the season.
Luis Enrique's position as head coach is far from secure, however, and Mascherano has claimed that speculation is part and parcel of playing for Barcelona.
"Barcelona are a club that's always surrounded by rumours and where there is never peace and quiet," Mascherano told ESPN.
"There are always debates like this, but we have learned to focus on our performances on the pitch. We are all calm and very grateful to Luis Enrique for his role in our Liga title."
It is thought that Enrique would be prepared to walk away from Camp Nou this season, even if a treble does arrive.
