Barcelona team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Slavia Prague

Sports Mole rounds up Barcelona's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Wednesday's Champions League clash with Slavia Prague.

Barcelona will be looking to make it six straight wins in all competitions when they travel to Slavia Prague in the Champions League on Wednesday night.

Ernesto Valverde's side beat Eibar 3-0 on Saturday afternoon to move to the top of La Liga, while they have made an encouraging start to their 2019-20 Champions League campaign.

Indeed, a goalless draw away to Borussia Dortmund on September 17 was followed by a 2-1 victory over Inter Milan at Camp Nou earlier this month, meaning that the Catalan giants are currently second in Group F.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Barca's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the match.

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Sergi Roberto will be unavailable for Barca after picking up a knee injury during the win over Eibar on Saturday afternoon. The Catalan giants are yet to put a timeframe on the Spaniard's potential return.

BARCELONA'S SUSPENSION LIST

Gerard Pique, Ronald Araujo and Ousmane Dembele all served domestic bans at the weekend but will be available for selection on Wednesday night. As a result, Valverde has no suspension concerns.
