East Fife and Michael Donald put the visitors into a commanding lead before a Michael Moffat penalty gave Fife hope on the stroke of half time. Stenhousemuir fired the away side ahead early on, but two goals from Paul McLean and a John Gemmell strike saw Stenhousemuir turn the game around at Ochilview Park. Airdrieonians gave Arbroath the advantage with 20 minutes on the clock, but Airdrieonians got level thanks to Bobby Linn 's goal on the hour.
