Valencia are reportedly exploring the possibility of moving for Atletico Madrid's Adrian Lopez.

The Spaniard was mainly a bit-part player for Atletico last season, but did feature on a regular basis in the latter stages of the campaign following injuries to Diego Costa and Arda Turan.

Atletico boss Diego Simeone is an admirer of Adrian's versatility, but according to AS, the Primera Division champions could be persuaded into a sale if an offer matching the player's value arrives from the Mestalla.

Should Adrian depart, Atletico are expected to renew their interest in Arsenal attacker Santi Cazorla, who is reportedly keen on a return to Spain.
