Miguel Moya takes positives from Rayo Vallecano draw

Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Miguel Moya has taken the positives from last night's goalless draw with Rayo Vallecano in the Spanish capital.

Atletico could not break down their Madrid rivals in the La Liga clash, but Moya believes that the point could prove valuable in the weeks ahead.

"I'll take the positive part of conceding a goal and being strong at the back. It's a valuable draw because we started the League away from home," he told reporters.

"We are an ambitious team that wants to win everywhere. The team still shows a very good defensive solidity that is ultimately what makes us win."

Moya joined Atletico from Getafe this summer.
