Paco Alcacer: 'We can beat Atletico Madrid'

Valencia striker Paco Alcacer believes that his side can win at Atletico Madrid in La Liga this weekend.

Valencia striker Paco Alcacer "is convinced" that they can beat Atletico Madrid in La Liga this weekend.

Los Che will make the trip to Madrid sitting fourth in the table, just one point behind Atletico with 13 games remaining.

Atletico have only lost one of their 13 home league games this season, but Alcacer, who could return to the Valencia squad this weekend following a knee problem, is confident that Los Che can triumph.

"We've got to go there with a winning mentality and the team is convinced we can go there and win. The good thing about our team is that we always set ourselves out to win games. That's our mentality," he told reporters.

Valencia have won 16 of their 25 league games this season, but just five of those victories have come on the road.
